We have added Ping-Pong tables to most of the larger villas as well as a table soccer and a full size billiard table to the Restaurant. Being a guest at one of our villas is only part of the story. At the Restaurant there is easy Internet Access Internet Access, computer games, Play Station. There is a range of electronic entertainment including TV with DVD players in all the villas as well as DVD and Video Library at the Restaurant. There are lots of Indoor Games at the Restaurant. For our new villas we have added water features for the swimming pools and much larger swimming pools. We have lots of toys for the pools which either we have bought of guests have kindly left behind like Boats for the Pool etc.. The heated pool at the Marcus villa is the only Heated Pool Available in Turkey which will now make it much nicer for a winter and especially Christmas booking for guests. | |

here are bikes available for Villa guests. We can help to organise trips to the local Water Park where for less than £10 a day you have have great car free fun on the many slides and in the pools. Guests, including children can go for a day's fishing, skiing or diving in Alanya and we can arrange for door to door service. Paragliding and quad bike rides are available in Alanya. For the really adventurous there is Scuba Diving, Snorkelling And Sailing at the Diving School in Alanya. For the kids there are lots of mini golf courses. For Adults there are international Golf Courses just over an hour away. | |

We offer Great Child discounts because they feel that children should be treated Extra Special What most villa owners do is simply cram in extra beds and you have 8 people in Villa which has only room for 4. Most pools with rented Villas are 3m X 5m or shared with other villas. Most cheap Villa's are simply just that. Our Villas are special. Many of the facilities we have added over the years have been added as a direct result of requests from guests. So please ask. We are always adding new books, games and videos suitable for kids as well as adults. Most of our bedrooms are large, and there is Air Conditioning available for all the bedrooms in all our villas. All our bedrooms can be reorganised to suit sleeping arrangements. In addition all the windows in the Yesiloz Villa have shutters and this means it is possible to darken the bedrooms even during the day which is useful for young children. The Ocals are usually happy to do a bit of baby sitting or child minding. Parents with Teenagers know that keeping them happy is a full time job. The night life of Alanya is 25 minutes away. It means that we are quiet and private. It also means that the temptations of a "Tourist Trap" are a bit easier to resist. Teenagers have easy access to Alanya either by local buses or very cheap taxi's. Eating out is so cheap and at least half the prices of Spain, Italy or France. The Turks are very friendly and treat you like family. All our Villas are less than 10 minutes from a Tennis Court and Restaurant with Indoor and outdoor play area. The Restaurant in addition to having Interesting and Delicious Menus including a children's menu, has Internet access , a TV with DVD and Video's, and Darts and guests can play Tennis, soccer, Badminton and Basketball at the Tennis Court. There is also be the facility for children to stay, under supervision with lots of activities including indoor and outdoor activities. |
