My daughter, Alison, who is now a teenager, after whom the villa is named, wanted to have the prettiest villa in Turkey. We stayed there this summer and she got want she wanted: the Prettiest Turkish Villa.

When you have a local presence, and ours is 24/7, we can ensure that the things that matter to guests, and might be overlooked by "locals", are maintained to the highest standards. So the pool is cleaned every day, and the levels of pool chemicals are checked on a daily basis. In addition we ensure that our guests have constant hot water, which is very usual in hot countries. We also make sure that there are smoke detectors and fire extinguishers which work. We have Carbon Monoxide detectors next to the gas boilers, which themselves are serviced on a regular basis. There is a large safe, large enough for cameras, laptops, passports etc as well as a modern burglar alarm at the villa.

We do these things because we want to be the best.

The Villa Alison can sleep up to 17 guests in 5 large bright bedrooms including 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, it has a fabulous 50ft pool surrounded by real stone sun drenched patios.

The Villa Alison has sea and beach views, and is only 10 minutes walk to a Sandy Beach. On the way you can stop off and play tennis or drink a cool drink at a local restaurant. There are so many things for guests to do and see.

The Villa Alison is located overlooking the sea and within 10 easy minutes walk of a Sandy Beach. It is located in Yesiloz the exclusive part of the resort of Alanya. Most of our guest enjoy the Night Life and Shopping of the lively Sea Side Resort of Alanya.

Guests who wish to rent one of our main Villas may also rent the Tennis Court Suite, which has 2 large bedrooms, a luxury bathroom and large living room and kitchenette, and is ideal for up to 6 extra guests. The Tennis Court Suite is within 5 to 10 minutes easy walking distance of all our main villas.

The Villa Alison has a private 50 ft private swimming pool, separate children's paddling area and all the amenities that guests need for a fantastic holiday. Our villas enjoy the best weather in Turkey, there are flights to the local airport all year round and are ideal for guests of all age.

We offer a first class professional service to our guests. On arrival you will be met at the Villa, guests are given a Welcome Hamper with tea, Milk, soft drinks (in the fridge) and some light snacks. Guests can upgrade their Welcome Hamper (charges apply).

Usually most guests arrive at night or very early in the morning, and when this is the case, and guests prefer, we try to ensure guests can go to bed as soon as they can. In this case we limit ourselves to "Security and Health & Safety issues", and return the following day to explain everything else in more detail .

Each guest Group is given a folder on arrival with lots if information about their villa as well as whose who and what do do type information.

Guests normally come to the Restaurant. (See Menu) at 10.00am on their first morning and have breakfast. Sid normally gives a short talk, answers questions and sorts out care hire, trips and shopping ect. When guests leave after breakfast somebody will normally go back to the villa with them, and show them everything: How DVD's, Washing Machine, Satellite, pool lights etc.

After Breakfast Sid normally can arrange a trip for the Food Shopping. Somebody will normally go back to the villa with guests and shown them how everything works: TV, DVD etc.
