Booking the Best Holiday Villas in Turkey
Booking one of our villas is very easy. After deciding which of our Luxury Villas you prefer, and the dates you want, and then give me a ring or email me (Details below). Have a credit/debit card ready and we can have the booking sorted in 10 minutes.

 1. Make sure you have the name of the villa.
2. Make sure you have the dates of arrival and departure (normally Sunday).
3. Please read our Booking Conditions.
4. Have the names of all your guests.
5. You can book Maid Services and Transfers or leave your decision till later.
5. Decide how you are going to pay, we offer a choice of Payment Methods including Cash, credit/debit cards, Bank Transfer and Cheques. (Charges may apply)
6. Give us a call.

We accept credit and debit cards under certain conditions.
1. UK based guests may pay by credit/debit cards, Cheque, bank transfer or cash.
2. Non UK based guests may only pay by debit cards or bank transfer.

 Please note our surcharges for credit cards:
1. Nil if you present at the surgery and use chip and pin. (this is because this ensures both your complete security as well our our guaranteed payment)
2. 5% if paying by phone, this is to offset the risks we take if a credit card is used fraudulently.
3. There is no charge for debit cards, cheques or bank transfers.

Payments for bookings with a departure date of less than one month can only be paid in person using credit/debit card or cash or remotely by bank transfer.

 Payments for extras at the villa, which are not prepaid before arrival are in Cash only (Pounds/Turkish Liras/Euros/Dollars) on arrival at the villa. A safe is available in all the villas.

We send a proper invoice on payment, and we confirm everything in writing.

We Try Harder

Swimming pools are a good example of where guests have to be so careful. To look after a pool properly is expensive: about £200 a week in the hot season. This is the place where most savings can be made. More often than not the owners rarely visit so are not aware of the problem.

We believe that you can never stand still. We are constantly striving to do better. We believe in quality control and quality assurance. We know how important it is to do the little things right. Take 3 simple examples.

(1) Guests using our transfer service are given the mobile phone number of the person meeting them, they do not have to worry if their flight is delayed.

(2) Guests are invited to Nesrin 's Restaurant for breakfast (charges apply) on their first morning which is wonderful as most guests have no food and are tired. The breakfast menu is wonderful and great value. It also gives us a chance to explain how everything at the villa works. We offer a free collection service from your villa to the Nesrin Restaurant on the first morning.

(3) Guests have the phone number of Sid who they usually meet on their first day and who lives very local and is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

4.     The villas are located in the exclusive part of  the resort of Alanya called Yesiloz, 10 minutes walk from a sandy beach, restaurants, shops and  even a barber.
 5.     We offer the professionalism of using a company but without the large overheads.
6.     We respect your privacy and personal information.
7.     Our Villas, like for like, are at least 50% cheaper than going through a travel agency
8.     We offer the ease and security of credit and debit cards. A good way to judge the probity of the people who rent Villas is whether they accept credit and debit cards. Many people are rightly reluctant to send a cheque or cash to a total stranger but Credit and Debit cards are a form of security.
 9.     A. Our brochure and this website have lots of up-to-date pictures of each villa. We openly give our names and addresses and phone numbers.

So all our villas have at least 2 smoke detectors on every floor as well as regularly serviced fire extinguishers. All the villas have large safes big enough to put cameras, laptops, passports .

Extra Special Care When You Are Our Guests
We only rent our own villas simply because we can offer complete quality control. We are always improving our choices and our service. Every year more of our guests return, and first and foremost this is the real way to evaluate quality and value for money. Sid is our English speaking representative and he lives locally and is available 24/7. Many of our guests have been to Turkey every year for many years, not just to our villas but to other resorts in Turkey.


Guests are always greeted at their villa on day of arrival. We show guests around the villa, explain how things work and where things are kept, this normally takes about 15 minutes. On arrival we give our guests a folder with lots of information. Next day on the first morning our guests can enjoy a breakfast at the Nesrin Restaurant, we then discuss any issues like car hire, trips and extra maid services.

 On the second day Sid or Nesrin will come around to the villa and check everything is OK, and that guests are completely happy with everything. This personal service is our hallmark.

Most villa owners rent one villa, with no local person to meet guests, not offering the security of debit/credit cards, either furnishing at one extreme with the cheapest things or at the other extreme with furniture and fabrics that guests are afraid to touch in case they damage them. We believe that guests do not judge their holiday , solely on price. We know from guests who return to us that it is the friendliness and personal service which is makes a great holiday experience.

Fun activities at Turkish Villa Rental's Swimming pools

All our villas have their own large private swimming pool. There are sun beds as well as tables and chairs. We have one heated pool. The pools are all well maintained by trained staff.

 

  
 All the Private pools are right next to the Villas and they all have large patios as well as lots of sun beds and table and chairs with umbrellas.

Fantastic Bathrooms

The Ensuite bathrooms each have double marble sinks with mirror and cupboards underneath. There is a large corner bath with a shower attachment. There is also a large 1m x 2m walk in shower. The gas boiler and separate emersion ensures constant hot water.
 
The 2 Master bedroom ensuite bathrooms have a large corner bath, separate shower and double sink vanity unit. The large corner bath and walk in shower are separate.

The master bedroom at the Yesiloz Villa has a Jacuzzi. There are  5 other bath/shower room. The 3 master bedrooms at the Olji villa, as well as the 2 master bedrooms at the Marcus/Alison villas all have separate baths and walk-in showers.

Fantastic Views of the Sea

   
All the villas are no more than 10 minutes walk from the Beach below. There is a lovely restaurant next to the beach.
The local sand beach is quiet, however further along there are lots of beach activities

Wonderful Gardens

We have a full time gardener looking after the gardens all year around and during the summer we take on extra gardeners
All the villas have large built BBQ with seating areas.
When we built the villas we kept most of the large trees. The one on the left is a Vanilla tree.
The Nesrin Villa is full of wonderful colours and scents all year round.

Fantastic bedrooms

Our bedrooms are all large and airy, many have private balconies, sea views and all have air-conditioning.
 
The Master bedroom at the Yesiloz villa is spacious and luxurious.
 
All the bedrooms at our new villas we designed to the highest standards. There are large wardrobes and drawers in every bedroom. All the bedrooms open onto balconies or terraces and almost all of them have sea views. And of course they all have air-conditioning.

Spacious living areas

 
Guests don't want to spend their whole holiday outside. So all our villas have lovely comfortable living spaces. The furniture is all modern, there are TV's and DVD's, as well as air-conditioning.
All the villas have a place to eat inside as well as outside.

We believe that guests want to have lots of places to sit and relax and all our villas have places to sit outside, indeed they all have a choice of areas. In addition to sitting and relaxing most of the villas have table tennis tables.
