 1.    Most of our guests arrive arrive after flying into Antalya airport. The Airport Transfer normally takes about 1½ hours. However with Easy Jet now flying directly to Istanbul from London-Luton. Flights to Gazipasa Airport from several Europe cities (not UK) means that the villas will be about 15 minutes from the nearest airport.

This will mean that guests taking advantage of early flight bookings will be paying less than £200 even for summer flights and then having only a 15 minute transfer to the villa. This is all subject to the final approvals of the Turkish Transport Department.

2.    From 2013 flights will be going directly from UK airports to the new International Airport at Gazipasa. This new airport is 15 minutes drive from the Villas.

3.    In addition Easijey is now flying to Antalya with some Day time flights and the costs are similar to charter flights.

4.     We have upgraded the Yesiloz Villa. It now has 4 completely separate ensuite bedrooms and there are 3 other bedrooms sharing two bathrooms and 3 toilets. For guests looking for a 5 bedroom villa with 5 ensuite bathrooms the Yesiloz Villa is ideal.

5.    We now offer the

       Tennis Court Suite    2 large luxury Bedrooms with double bed and twin beds

                                       1 Shower room and toilet

                                       1 living room with small kitchenette

                                        It will be idea for a small family (2 adults and 3/4 children)  or 2 couples who want some privacy away from the main villa.

The Tennis Court Suite is only be available to rent with one of our other villas, and is suitable for extra large groups who want to holiday together, sharing one pool but perhaps having a separate living space. There is no pool. The Tennis Court Suite is available either for rent on a daily basis or weekly basis. It will be furnished to the same high standard as our other villas.

6.    The Tennis Court is now back in action after relaying of the surface.

7.    We have still some Exceptional Late Deals at the moment.

8.   We are now offering a Sunday Change-over, a Saturday Change-over and a Tuesday Change-over. This will be helpful for those guests who prefer a Saturday or Tuesday rather than Sunday change over. 9.     There is Central Heating in the Villa Marcus and Villa Alison, this makes them ideal for winter rentals. With a large 17m x10m (max) Heated Swimming Pool  at the Villa Marcus it will make it a great choice for Christmas!!

10.    The new Villa Olji which has 3 master bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom, as well as 3 other large double bedrooms. A fabulous Private pool and landscaped gardens.

11.    In response to popular demand there are bunk beds at the Villa Marcus and Villa Alison Villas.
