When you have a local presence, and ours is 24/7, we can ensure that the things that matter to guests, and might be overlooked by "locals", are maintained to the highest standards. So the pool is cleaned every day, and the levels of pool chemicals are checked on a daily basis. In addition we ensure that our guests have constant hot water, which is very usual in hot countries. We also make sure that there are smoke detectors and fire extinguishers which work. We have Carbon Monoxide detectors next to the gas boilers, which themselves are serviced on a regular basis. There is a large safe, large enough for cameras, laptops, passports etc as well as a modern burglar alarm at the villa.

Obviously the Yesiloz Villa has the most fabulous garden and space and the Sultan Villa offers exceptional value for money. However the Marcus Villa has all the things that most guests want. We have really indulged ourselves. the
Villa Marcus has got central heating as well as
air-conditioning. Not just a wonderful swimming pool but a large child friendly paddling pool too. But we also put in the mushroom flume, which has put the icing on the cake.
The bedrooms at the
Villa Marcus are wonderful too. They all lead straight onto the balcony. But not just a narrow place to hang towels, but wide and with wonderful views. There are seats and tables to relax and enjoy the view. The Bathrooms are our great joy. We put in double vanity sinks, we put in corner baths and a large separate walk in shower, but not a normal sized shower but extra large, enough for a whole family!! And the toilet, well we know how important it is to have fresh fragrance in the bathroom so all except one toilet are in separate rooms!!
We have tried to address all the "wants" that previous guests have suggested. Not just adult needs but children's needs too. The Marcus Villa is closest to the Beach, Tennis Court and Restaurant. It may have a smaller garden than the Villa Alison but it has a wonderful old Vanilla tree which gives wonderful privacy from the road. The Villa Marcus has a wonderfully wide patio all around the swimming pool
The Villa Marcus has sea and beach views, and is only 10 minutes walk to a sandy beach. On the way you can stop off and play tennis or drink a cool drink at a local restaurant. There are so many things for guests
to do and see.
We offer a first class professional service to our guests. On arrival you will be met at the Villa, guests are given a
Welcome Hamper with tea, Milk, soft drinks (in the fridge) and some light snacks. Guests can upgrade their Welcome Hamper (charges apply). Usually most guests arrive at night or very early in the morning, and when this is the case, and guests prefer, we try to ensure guests can go to bed as soon as they can. In this case we limit ourselves to "Security and Health & Safety issues", and return the following day to explain everything else in more detail . Each guest Group is given a folder on arrival with lots if information about their villa as well as whose who and what do do type information.
Guests normally come to the
Restaurant. (See Menu) at 10.00am on their first morning and have breakfast. Sid normally gives a short talk, answers questions and sorts out care hire, trips and shopping ect. When guests leave after breakfast somebody will normally go back to the villa with them, and show them everything: How DVD's, Washing Machine, Satellite, pool lights etc. After Breakfast
Sid normally can arrange a trip for the
Food Shopping. Somebody will normally go back to the villa with guests and shown them how everything works:
TV,
DVD etc.
Guests who wish to rent one of our main Villas may also rent the
Tennis Court Suite, which has 2 large bedrooms, a luxury bathroom and large living room and kitchenette, and is ideal for up to 6 extra guests. The
