This is a lovely Villa and would suit a family looking for a holiday in an authentic Turkish setting. It would also suit a family looking for lots to do for their younger children and Teenagers. Whether you want to swim or sunbathe on the beach, Watch the latest  DVD or Video on the TV or play Tennis or badminton they can it. Recently we have added lots of new features including Computer games and Internet Access (small charge applies for Internet Access)).

The Villa is beautifully decorated. Nesrin has wonderful artistic flair and there are a few of her water colours on the wall. Nesrin's husband is a very well known fisherman and one of the reasons for choosing this location is the easy and abundant choice of  fishing available so even if you do not fish the local restaurants abound with a lovely assortment of fresh fish.

The Nesrin Villa is about 15 minutes from the local sandy beach. This is a modern villa with all the amenities you would expect in a holiday villa. The local people are very friendly. There is easy access to the local bus service which will get you Alanya's Town Centre. The villa gardens are very private. There is a BBQ  and lots of place to sit and eat, lie and sleep, read or rest, and lots of this to do indoors and outdoors for the children.

Due to our latest developments the Nesrin Villa is only 10 minutes walk from a Tennis Court and Restaurant with Indoor and outdoor play area. The Restaurant in addition to having Interesting and Delicious Menus, has Internet Access (small charge applies for Internet Access), a range of electronic entertainment including TV with DVD and Video, Table Soccer, Snooker Table and Darts.

There is also be the facility for children to stay, under supervision with lots of activities including indoor and outdoor activities. Next to the Restaurant is Tennis Court the where guests can play Tennis, Basketball, Soccer and Badminton. Do you want to have daily maid service from 8.00 am to 10pm? Read about our Pampering Services. The decor in the Nesrin Villa is first class with wonderful colours and fabrics, downstairs the flooring is real wood and upstairs is is modern fitted carpet. Every guest remarks about how pretty it is. All the rooms are different and all the furniture is new and well maintained. The Nesrin Villa has all the little extras that make a villa holiday special: an extra large bath with constant hot water.

A downstairs shower and toilet. A living room as well as a sitting room and at least 3 places in the garden where all the family can sit and eat their BBQ. We maintain the gardens to the highest standards, the swimming pool is the same. There are mountain views to the back of the villas and sea views to the front. The Nesrin Villa has the highest number of repeat bookings of all our villas.

This is perhaps because it offers almost all the features and the quality of our best villas, yet the charges are less. For a smaller family it is perfect. Nesrin is always improving the Villa. A new Kitchen was put in this year, a Ping-Pong table was added and the patio around the pool was extended. We offer a first class professional service to our guests. On arrival you will be met at the Villa, guests are given a Welcome Hamper with tea, Milk, soft drinks (in the fridge) and some light snacks.  Guests can upgrade their Welcome Hamper (charges apply). Usually most guests arrive at night or very early in  the morning, and when this is the case, and guests prefer, we try to ensure guests can go to bed as soon as they can. In this case we limit ourselves to "Security and Health & Safety issues", and return the following day to explain everything else in more detail . Each guest Group is given a folder on arrival with lots if information about their villa as well as whose who and what do do type information.

Guests normally come to the Restaurant. (See Menu) at 10.00am on their first morning and have breakfast. Sid normally gives a short talk, answers questions and sorts out care hire, trips and shopping ect. When guests leave after breakfast somebody will normally go back to the villa with them, and show them everything: How DVD's, Washing Machine, Satellite, pool lights etc. After Breakfast Sid normally can arrange a trip for the Food Shopping. Somebody will normally go back to the villa with guests and shown them how everything works: TV, DVD etc
