We offer a first class
professional service to our
guests.
On arrival you will be met at
the Villa, guests can have a
Welcome Hamper (charges apply).
Usually most guests arrive at
night or very early in the
morning, and when this is the
case, and guests prefer, we try
to ensure guests can go to bed
as soon as they can.
In this case we limit ourselves
to "Security and Health & Safety
issues", and return the
following day to explain
everything else in more detail .
Each guest Group is given a
folder on arrival with lots of
information about their villa as
well as whose who and what do do
type information.
Guests normally
come to the
Restaurant. (See Menu) at 10.00am on
their first
morning and have
breakfast.

Sid normally
gives a short
talk, answers
questions and
sorts out care
hire, trips and
shopping ect.
When guests
leave after
breakfast
somebody will
normally go back
to the villa
with them, and
show them
everything: How
DVD's, Washing
Machine,
Satellite, pool
lights etc.
After Breakfast
Sid normally can arrange a trip for the
Food Shopping. Somebody will normally go back to the villa with guests and
shown them how
everything
works:
TV,
DVD etc.
When you
have a local
presence, and
ours is 24/7, we
can ensure that
the
things that
matter to guests,
and might be
overlooked by
"locals", are
maintained to
the highest
standards. So
the pool is
cleaned every
day, and the
levels of pool
chemicals are
checked on a
daily basis. In
addition we
ensure that our
guests have
constant hot
water, which is
very usual in
hot countries.
We also make
sure that there
are smoke
detectors and
fire
extinguishers
which work. We
have Carbon
Monoxide
detectors next
to the gas
boilers, which
themselves are
serviced on a
regular basis.
There is a large
safe, large
enough for
cameras,
laptops,
passports
etc as well as a
modern burglar
alarm at the
villa.
We have copied
all the best
features of
villas we have
stayed at. First
and foremost we
wanted villas
that guests
would look
forward to
coming back to.
We wanted guests
to go home and
show off to
their family and
friends the
fabulous place
they stayed.
Unlike some
villas which
guests are
afraid to move
around in case
something gets
damaged, the
Villa Marcus,
Villa Alison and
Villa Olji are
designed for
enjoyment. We
have avoided
marble floors
which stain if
you spill wine,
and become a
skating ring
when they are
wet.
Experience has
taught us that
guests want
villas with
great private
pools, modern
facilities and
lots of private
spaces. We also
know that almost
all of our
lettings are to
guests who
expect the nicer
things. Guests
want constant
hot water, and
who want a
dishwater and
washing machine
that work.
Guests who want
a large BBQ and
lots of choices.
Our guests have been a wealth of
great ideas. We have acted on
these ideas and we are
constantly improving. For
example the Villa Marcus, Villa
Alison and Villa Olji all have
at least 3 TV/DVD's as well as
at least 5 toilets. Imagine 15
people in the morning queuing
for one loo.
We do these things because we
want to be the best.
